BREAKING BARRIERS: Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction for Teens 

Teens 13-18 years learn simple, yet effective mindfulness practices. Over 8 weeks, teens learn to intentionally  focus awareness of their emotions and behaviours. Teens develop tools to use in stressful situations, learn meditation to improve their concentration, creativity and to take time for themselves without feeling selfish.
